NADL "Managing for Profit Seminar" Online

Now Available!

NADL has developed the Managing for Profit textbook, compiled by Peter Stein, BS, MB, PA, into an online seminar.

The online seminar provides participants with a common sense approach to business management. The goal of this video series is to provide readily applicable guidance and practical advice based on experience of successful laboratory operations and a hands-on approach to managing specific situations.

This course will cover five topics:

• Laboratory Marketing
• Attracting and Retaining Dental Clients
• Sales Promotion
• Pricing for Profit
• Credit & Collections

Participants will view and listen to the online seminar, review associated graphics and text, and complete a post-test and course evaluation for each topic. Participants must correctly answer at least 70% of the test questions to receive credit. If a grade of at least 70% is not achieved, the tests may be repeated two times.

Upon successful completion of this course, participants will receive two hours of NBC professional development credit for Certified Dental Technician or Recognized Graduate continuing education credit.

The cost for NADL Members and NBC Certificants (CDTs and RGs) is $100.00 for 90 days of access to the online seminar. Non members will pay $185.00.
