OSHA Health & Safety Requirements

Dental laboratories must comply with OSHA regulations pertaining to health and safety hazards. NADL has developed programs and information to make compliance as easy as possible.

NADL/SafeLink Hazard Communication & Infection Control Kit - This was designed specifically for the dental laboratory and includes all the information that laboratory owners/managers must know to comply with the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard.

The Infection Control Videotape - This video shows every step in the required procedures. Infection control methods in both large and small laboratories are discussed.

NADL offers many other study materials through the NADL fulfilment house, such as videos, workbooks and tests to assist laboratories and technicians in becoming familiar with regulations. A number of NADL supplier members also conduct seminars throughout the country on infection control and hazard communication.
