NADL University 2026: Taking Place September 17–18 in Tempe, Arizona

NADL University 2026 will be held September 17–18, 2026, at the Tempe Mission Palms Hotel in Tempe, Arizona. This two-day, in-person program is designed to meet the growing educational needs of dental laboratory managers and professionals who are looking to strengthen their leadership, business management, and operational skills.

The need for qualified managers has been identified as one of the top issues currently impacting the dental laboratory industry. NADL University was developed to help address that need by providing an intensive course of study for eligible professionals.

NADL University provides a valuable opportunity for dental laboratory professionals to invest in their professional growth, expand their business knowledge, and gain tools they can bring back to their teams and organizations. Participants earn a Certificate in Dental Laboratory Management.

The 2026 schedule will feature two full days of expert-led education covering key topics that impact today’s dental laboratory businesses. Thursday’s sessions will include new business models and changing demographics for today’s dentist, quality assurance systems and Good Manufacturing Practices, and profitability, operating ratios and benchmarking. Friday’s sessions will focus on maximizing business performance, traditional and digital marketing strategies, and taking control of your business and future.
