Optimizing Financial Performance & Managing Risk in Today's Dental Lab 12:45 p.m. - 1:45 p.m. Speaker: Travis Zick In this course, we discuss the challenges and opportunities that exist in managing today’s dental laboratory. We’ll review the income statement and identify Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) within each section. We will also discuss KPI’s in other areas of the lab, including Sales & Marketing, Production, and Cash Management.
