We are gearing up for the 2024 NADL Fall Daze! This is a virtual meeting with great education at the convenience of your home or office. The NADL Fall Daze will be held on Friday, October 25, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. EST. Attendees will be able to earn 3.5 hours of CDT/RG credits.

- 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. The Times They Are a Changin': This program is designed to bring various new opportunities to light that have become available to us with the Digital Revolution. Business to Business activity is increasing rapidly and allowing the contemporary small to moderate sized laboratories to compete effectively without the high cost of the technology. We are at a crossroads with many options to grow your business without additional labor or technology costs. A review of current manufacturing technology and communication options will be included as well.

- 12:45 p.m. - 1:45 p.m. Financial & Risk Management in the Digital Age: Optimizing Financial Performance and Managing Risk in Today’s Dental Laboratory. In this course, we discuss the challenges and opportunities that exist in managing today’s dental laboratory. We’ll review the income statement and identify Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) within each section. We will also discuss KPI’s in other areas of the lab, including Sales & Marketing, Production, and Cash Management. Finally, we will review some of the unique business risks faced by laboratories in today’s environment, and ways to mitigate those risks as much as possible.

- 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Making your Lab More Productive and Profitable through OSHA and FDA Compliance: This course explores the critical intersection of regulatory compliance with OSHA and the FDA and its profound impact on business productivity and profitability. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of how adherence to these regulations can significantly enhance operational efficiency, mitigate risks, and foster a culture of safety and quality within dental laboratories.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
NADL members will receive a discounted rate of $59 to attend. The cost to register for a non-member is $99. This fee includes the full day of continuing education.
