In this course, we discuss the challenges and opportunities that exist in managing today’s dental laboratory. We’ll review the income statement and identify Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) within each section. We will also discuss KPI’s in other areas of the lab, including Sales & Marketing, Production, and Cash Management. Finally, we will review some of the unique business risks faced by laboratories in today’s environment, and ways to mitigate those risks as much as possible.
